MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR TUITION DUE DATES**
First Quarter Due: Week of Aug. 29
Second Quarter Due: Week of Oct. 31
Third Quarter Due: Week of Jan. 16
Fourth Quarter Due: Week of March 26
**We do not send out tuition reminders. $15 late fee will be charged for tuition paid in the first week of each quarter
- Due to increased rates for credit card processing, Dance Fremont will include an additional 2% charge for all credit card transactions.
- An annual registration fee of $25 is required to ensure a place in class and is due with the first payment of tuition. The curriculum at Dance Fremont! is a yearlong program. Full year tuition may be paid up until Oct. 1
- Monthly tuition (available only to students taking at least three classes per week) is due on or before the first of the month (September through May)
- Students paying tuition for the Unlimited Classes may take any class in their designated level or below any of the Youth Program classes. Open Classes are considered a separate program and must be paid for with a class card.
- A 10% discount is given to second family members enrolled at Dance Fremont!.
- Credit for missed classes may not be applied to future tuition. Absences due to illness or a holiday observed by Dance Fremont! may be made up. See instructor for best make-up choices.
- All tuition is non-refundable however exceptions are made with a doctor’s note stating the medical reason necessary for withdrawal or if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment and a substitution is not available. Please provide one month’s advance notice if a student plans to leave the program.

Important Policy Info
- New students to the Proficiency Program must receive permission from the directors to enroll in a specific level. Class sizes are limited to provide individualized instruction.
- In order to maintain a consistent skill level within each class, students with prior dance experience wishing to enroll after a session has begun may take a placement class or discuss placement with the director.
- Performance fees: In order for upkeep, maintenance and the cost of new costumes for The Steadfast Tin Soldier, A Story Ballet, The Rite of Spring and The Rite of Spring2, a performance fee will be requested from each performer per event.
- We do not enroll new students for the Fourth and Final Quarter April 11-June 18; Exception: Creative Dance students may enroll in the final quarter.
- We invite families to observe classes during the last class of each quarter with the exception of the final quarter. A waiting area is provided for non-visiting days. On-site and street parking is available.
- SNOW: Dance Fremont! will close due to snow in conjunction with the Seattle School District.
